The perfect simple green salad

Ingredients:
1 Head of butter lettuce or 4 little gems, leaves separated
1 Cup foraged greens, including wild sorel & glacier lily greens, or edible flowers
1/4 Cup good apple cider vinegar
1/4 extra virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoon honey
2 Teaspoons walnut oil
Pinch of flaky sea salt
Pinch of fresh pepper
1/2 Cup toasted and buttered sourdough breadcrumbs
Directions:
Wash and dry all your greens.
In a mason jar, mix together all the dressing ingredients and shake until fully emulsified.
Toss the salad with a light coating of salad dressing.
Top with breadcrumbs and fresh herbs, then serve immediately.
