Little gem salad with buttermilk rose dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Little gem lettuce heads, washed, dried & cut in half

  • 1 Cup buttermilk 

  • 1/4 mayo

  • 1 Teaspoon rose water (Available in many high end grocery stores!)

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

  • Pinch of fresh pepper 

  • 2 Pinches sumac 

  • 2 Tablespoons fresh mint, roughly chopped

Directions:

  • Combine all the dressing ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. Season with salt & pepper to taste. 

  • Drizzle the dressing over the gems lettuces & garnish with fresh mint & a pinch of sumac.
