Hot pepper sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb various hot peppers — red jalapeño, habanero, serrano, etc.
1 tablespoon flaky sea salt
1/2 tablespoon regular sugar
1 Cup vinegar
Directions:
Cut the peppers into small slivers, keeping the seeds. (If you want it less spicy, remove the seeds.)
Add the cut peppers into a mason jar, then top with salt, sugar & vinegar.
Screw on the top, shake the pepper mix together, then set the sauce on a partially sunny windowsill for about 3 days, shaking occasionally.
Store the jar in your fridge for about a month before using.
