Garlic vinegar

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bottle champagne vinegar (250 ml.)

  • 6 Large garlic cloves, peeled

Directions:

  • Pop the garlic cloves into the vinegar and screw the top back on. Label the bottle with the date, then place it in cabinet for at least 1 month before using. After 1 month, do a taste test. If the garlic levels are to your liking, enjoy! Make sure to refrigerate after opening.
