Virgin Summer sangria

Ingredients:

  • 1 Honeycrisp apple 

  • 2 Cups frozen green grapes 

  • 1 Large naval orange

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 Lime

  • 1 Cup strawberries, cut in half

  • 1 Bunch mint

  • 1 Bunch basil 

  • White grape juice

  • Orange juice 

  • Soda water 

Directions:

  • Pluck the grapes from the stems and freeze until solid. 

  • Slice the apples into slices, through the core, and remove the seeds.

  • Slice the oranges, lemons & limes into thin thin slices, similar in size to the apple slices. 

  • Add all the ingredients into a large canister and let everything marinate in the fridge for at least a day. 

  • To serve, pop some frozen grapes into a cup, then add some of the infused juice and top with soda water. Garnish with some more fruit slices or a sprig of mint.
