Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 oz Good quality vodka

  • 3/4 oz Dry vermouth

  • 1 Dash hot pepper brine

Directions:

  • Add ice to the cocktail shaker.

  • Add the ingredients for the martini.

  • Shake until very cold. Shaking bruises the vodka… in a good way.

  • To serve, pour the booze into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of chili pepper. Cheers!
